"Victoria went above the call of duty while helping in our search. We changed our minds in what we wanted and she started over without a complaint. Her dry sense of humour kept a smile on our faces when we were facing frustrations. Our friends have her card now too." My partner, Hugh, and I came home last July to look at places in Carbonear, and we truly lucked out with Victoria as our agent. Even though the place we came to see didn’t fit our needs, she had a back-up plan…and took us to see about five other places. We were still ‘iffy’ and then she suggested we come and look at Nageira House, a beautiful old Heritage Home here in Carbonear…and we told her, “No, we’re not interested in a B&B!” Well, much to our delight, the moment we walked in the door we knew that this WAS the place of our dreams!! I recommend Victoria to everyone I meet…she’s one of THE most genuine and down to earth people I know, but she’s also very approachable and has a wicked sense of humor, so she and I clicked right off….and upon getting here, SHE was the first ‘visitor’ in our new home, bringing us a little housewarming gift, which I’ll treasure for the rest of my days! And now, seven months later, I’m even considering looking at another property, because thanks to wonderful people like her, tourism is booming and she is VERY invested in that ‘down-home’ “I’ll do whatever it takes to help you’ attitude that we Newfoundlander's are world renowned for!
